How do I apply for jobs on Pitechpedia Careers?
Browse through our active listings on the Explore Jobs page. You can filter by category (like Engineering, Design, or Marketing), location, and experience level. Once you find a suitable opening, click "Learn More" and submit your details and resume directly through our clean application portal.
What is the Talent Pool, and should I join it?
Yes, we highly recommend it! By clicking Join Now and creating a candidate account, you enter our Talent Pool. This allows our internal recruitment team to find your profile and contact you directly when new roles that match your skillset open up, even if you haven't applied to a specific posting yet.
How can I track the progress of my applications?
After logging into your account, you will have access to your Candidate Dashboard. Here, you can view a live tracker for each position you have applied to, showing your current stage in the hiring journey.
What does the hiring journey look like?
Our hiring process is structured into 5 transparent stages: (1) Apply Online, (2) Recruiter Screening, (3) Technical/Skills Assessment, (4) Team Interviews, and (5) Offer & Onboarding. We strive to provide feedback at every stage. For more information, please visit our How We Work page.
How do I update my resume or profile information?
You can manage your contact details, academic history, key skills, and upload a new resume at any time. Simply log in and visit the Profile page in the sidebar navigation to update your details.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
Yes, you can apply to multiple open positions that align with your background and career interests. Each application will be reviewed and managed independently, and you can track their individual progress from your dashboard.
Can I apply if I am a student or a recent graduate?
Yes! We have dedicated roles, internships, and opportunities tailored for students and freshers. You can toggle the "Students Portal" on the main job list or select your profile type as "Student" or "Fresher" on your Profile page to view these listings.
What should I do if I forget my account password?
Go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link to securely gain back access to your candidate dashboard.
How long does it take to hear back after submitting an application?
While timeline durations can vary by role, our recruiter screening typically takes about 3 days. You will receive email notifications at major updates, and you can track real-time status shifts in your Candidate Dashboard.
Is my personal and application data secure?
Absolutely. We take data privacy very seriously. Your personal details, contact information, and resume are secure and only visible to authorized Pitechpedia HR members and hiring managers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Who can I contact if I encounter issues with my application?

Who owns the work products, assessment answers, or tasks I submit during evaluations?
Any coding assignments, design assessments, technical trial submissions, or project tasks completed during our recruitment stages or evaluations belong exclusively to Pitechpedia. By submitting these items, you agree that Pitechpedia holds sole, complete intellectual property ownership. You also warrant that all submitted materials consist entirely of your own original and unique work product ("Valuable Uniques") and do not violate third-party IP rights.
