Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pitechpedia Careers (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a candidate profile, registering for our Talent Pool, or applying to any job posting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Applicant", "User") and Pitechpedia. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.
Account & Profile Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, including the Candidate Dashboard, custom job applications, and the Talent Pool, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration and profile forms.
- Maintain and promptly update your contact information, resume, skills, and portfolio links to keep them accurate and complete.
- Protect the confidentiality of your account credentials (password) and assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Immediately notify Pitechpedia support of any unauthorized use or security breach of your candidate account.
Application & Conduct Standards
Applicants are expected to engage with our recruitment portal with complete integrity. You agree that you will not:
- Post or upload any malicious code, viruses, or custom scripts designed to disrupt the hiring portal or database systems.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or programmatic agents to mass-submit repetitive or duplicate applications.
- Impersonate any other individual or submit applications on behalf of another user without express authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the networks or servers hosting Pitechpedia Careers, or bypass system rate limiting.
We reserve the sole right to review applicant submissions, suspend accounts that exhibit fraudulent application patterns, and reject submissions that do not comply with our core code of conduct.
Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership
All brand assets, software design, interface patterns, vectors, illustrations, database structures, graphics, and text on Pitechpedia Careers are the intellectual property of Pitechpedia and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and patent laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to seeking employment at Pitechpedia. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any portion of our portal code or system designs.
Work Product Ownership (Work For Hire): Any work, software code, design mocks, evaluation tasks, technical trial submissions, or project contributions developed or submitted by an Applicant (User) or an Employee for Pitechpedia automatically and exclusively belongs to Pitechpedia from the moment of its creation. The company holds full, unrestricted intellectual property rights and title. The individual assigns all global rights to Pitechpedia and waives any ownership claims or intellectual property rights over these work products.
Originality & Uniqueness ("Valuable Uniques"): You represent and warrant that all submissions, resumes, project materials, portfolio pieces, and assessment answers provided on our Platform are your own original, unique, and highly valuable work product, and do not infringe on the rights, copyrights, or trade secrets of any third party.
Data Protection & Communications
Our collection and handling of candidate data are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable compliance regulations. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- Pitechpedia will process your resume, assessment scores, email records, and profile details strictly for recruitment, evaluation, and background verification.
- Our recruitment ecosystem may send you automated emails, notifications, and alerts regarding your application progress, scheduled interviews, or potential matches from our Talent Pool. You can manage notification preferences inside your candidate profile settings.
Liability & Disclaimers
The Careers Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Pitechpedia does not guarantee that the portal will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free of minor software anomalies.
Under no circumstances shall Pitechpedia, its executive board, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Furthermore, registering an account or submitting an application does not guarantee employment, scheduling of interviews, or any specific hiring outcomes.
