Minimum qualifications:
- 3rd Year Students and Above / Graduates / Postgraduates
- Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
- Ability to teach concepts clearly in Tamil or English
- Strong academic background in the relevant subject area
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge can apply
- Prior teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or presentation experience is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of online teaching platforms and digital collaboration tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development mandatory
